Gary loved the outdoors ever since he was a child.  His fishing trips to Minnesota with his Grandfather left lasting memories.

When his son caught his first bass, he made a  painting of it for him as a keepsake. Gary taught himself how to carve and paint and decided to make replicas of fish as a way to capture the memory of the thrill of the catch.

Gary lives on lake in Illinois with his wife and three children where he can often be found fishing and hunting.
